Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cost?
The out-of-pocket cost varies by both the type of service, the duration and whether the service will be billed to insurance.
Therapy (Individual, family and couples):
Individual, family, and couples’ therapy can be billed to health insurance if we are in-network with your insurance carrier. Our therapists are in-network with a variety of insurance plans including: Blue Cross, Blue Shield, United Healthcare, United Behavioral Health, Optum Behavioral Health Services, All Savers Alternate Funding, Beacon Health Options, Total Healthcare, Oxford and UMR. It is strongly advised that you contact your insurance carrier to verify services covered and determine any out-of-pocket costs, prior to your first session.
*Please note that clients are responsible to pay for non-covered services, costs applied toward deductibles, copays and/or coinsurance amounts at the time of service unless specific arrangements have been made with their therapist in advance.
Payment for service can be made by cash, check, credit or debit. Current clients can view and pay their bills on the Client Portal.

Individual sound therapy sessions are $75 per session. The first sound session will be scheduled for 90 minutes to allow additional time for assessment and consultation. Subsequent sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. Message for information on scheduling a small group or partner session.
